A gain this morning but I didn't get out of the house yesterday despite the gorgeous weather - so busy with school prep and other work. Also indulged a little last night!

On the bright side, I got my summer clothes out of storage and put on a pair of last summer's trousers today - I need a belt to hold them up!...and the first belt I tried didn't have enough holes in it! To me that's a much more reliable indication of progress than the scales - and a confidence booster!
128.7 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
