well I am back and hope to do well I have a hysteretomy and bladder surgery and my doctor took off a 3in wide strip of skin from hip to hip so I was off plan but here I go agian

201.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb. Still to go: 21.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 0.6 lb a week
