Ok, here's my weekly assessment! YUCK! I didn't do even half of what I suggested be done to be focused or committed! That'll teach me!

Here we go again. You know stress is by far the easiest thing in my world to derail me. And while I know it, I do not seem to be able to stop it.

The more I turn my attentions away to life, and other things...the more 'old habits' slip in, and up the scale goes.

What is my takeaway from this... my attention span is short :) LOL!

And it needs to be longer!

148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week

Gee Gwen...sure am glad you explained that! LOL! I thought you were literally calling me the 'b' word there for a second!...then I realized it was from you...and I knew NO WAY...but it gave me a slight chuckle to see the next entry...ooops..that B just slipped in there! That's what I tell God when I have a less than stellar moment and something like the 'b' word comes flying out of my mouth! ;) Much Love.

I would never use that word in reference to a friend so I am glad that you realized that....my computer often adds letters and usually I have time to re-read and edit...this morning, I didn't have time to redo the whole entry...so I added my note. And no, it wasn't a Freundian slip...just the results of a poor typist. Hugs....
