I'm not going down any further, have not even really tried, now maybe I can eat more Turkey and stuffing for Turkey day ???
185.0 lb Lost so far: 242.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eat it!!! This is only one day (or call it 4 days in my house. By that Sunday, we are sick of Turkey) Fingers crossed on your stabilization.
