seem to be gaining an loosing the same 5 lbs. Once this blasted bronchitis is gone - Ill have to pick up the hard core workouts to get these last 10lbs off for ever!
145.6 lb Lost so far: 79.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
