Weighing myself a few days late because I pigged out Friday night and didn't want to weigh myself on Saturday like normal. I guess it's OK to indulge now and then, as long as it's not the norm. If I'm honest, I probably didn't eat as much as I thought, it was just more than normal. In the old days I probably would have eaten twice as much. Turning overeating into a positive... LOL
This will be my last weigh in before vacation. My goal was to get to 190 lbs by then, but I couldn't be happier about getting to within 5 lbs of that goal! :)
I won't really diet on vacation, though I will try to not go for seconds (and thirds, and fourths...) at the buffets and I'll try not to overeat. Buffets have always been my greatest challenge because I'm a fast eater and end up eating more while waiting for others... Lets see if I've learned anything.
