Not to thrilled with the number I posted today from my weigh in, but am happy with the changes I have made - eliminating junk food and pop, and drinking lots of water and watching my portion sizes.

I'm going to stick to what I have been doing for atleast another week and see if the results improve before doing any additional tinkering to what I have been doing.

I'm tired of the yo yo dieting, so I'm okay with losing the weight slowly as I really want this to be lifestyle change this time.

Although the numbers don't show any loss, I can tell my clothes are already starting to fit better so I know I'm going in the right direction.
203.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't worry about the number, as long as you feel better and keep doing the right thing - the number will eventually follow! Also, as you lose fat, but gain muscle mass, the weight might stay the same, but the measurements would show the change!
