Moving fast this time. Bought new keto strips and tossed the old ones. Instant gratification there. Bonus is that these are inexpensive enough that I can go a little crazy with them if I’m feeling the need. They really do make it easier for me to resist carbs during induction. I’m in ketosis this morning. Bought a bunch of low carb supplies at Costco yesterday. Hoping to make a big dent before the holidays inject themselves into my life. Love the new app format. Decided my reward will be an Apple Watch when I hit goal. Plenty of time there. I looked, it took me twenty four years to gain all my weight back. I can do it again.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
