Woot Woot!! I am a happy camper. The idiot box has been moving for me this week. It is so gratifying to see the solid confirmation of following my WOE. I hope all my FS buddies (why did they do away with that anyway??) have a wonderful week!

137.0 lb Lost so far: 128.0 lb. Still to go: 2.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Fantastic! I am so happy for you buddy. FS may have done away with 'buddies' and turned us into stalkers, sorry 'followers', but I prefer to be a buddy. Keep on truckin', you have done really really well. hope maintenance isn't too much of a battle. Hang on though the adjustment wobbles. I look forward to that day for myself, alas too far away yet, but you will continue to inspire I am sure. Xx
