Tomorrow's another day. I kinda knew in the back of my Easter was going to be bad. I had just worked 6 days in a row, while at the same time coming down w/ a head cold. The trick is to just keep moving fwd, can't undo what's been done...

I had to leave the Step It Up challenge, my ankle is just not tolerating that much activity yet. It's still really sore from my last 45 min workout on Fri 4/2/10.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I completely rolled my ankle. Really bad sprain. In fact, I heard it "crunch" when it happened. I'd have put money on it being broken. I was amazed when the x-ray came back negative. When I did it, I instantaneously fell to the ground. It was that bad. It's recovering, but ever so slowly. My life just doesn't allow the down time that it needs to recuperate properly...
