Friday thru Sunday disaster. Trying to turnaround today. Eventhough company last night including kids on couches, floor & wherever got up early had breakfast, made lunch & to the Spin class at 6:15am. It was tough but I made it through. Now let's see how work goes... so busy. This will be a very long week. Already so tired.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Ok, so you had company this weekend and you enjoyed. No big deal. How was the week? Last week you felt confident, did you have another week like this? The weight you record is only reflecting the indulgence of the weekend, it is artificial. Try to weigh in on friday, and compare with monday. I'M sure the truth is between those 2 numbers.
