12.4 lbs to go to eat one of my medium goals!!! Hot damn! Ima do it this month. Giving myself till the end of this month to lose the 12.4 and my reward will be a new comforter since my dogs are a$$holes!

312.4 lb Lost so far: 124.6 lb. Still to go: 62.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 4.2 lb a week
