Will defintley start posting food again tommorow. Been Super busy at work trying to clean things up before my Nov 20-28 Vacation. Off next Friday for veteran's day. Will take a pound loss considering diet has not been perfect.

Yesterday was a definite improvement on diet and exercise and today will be better.
