Well I went to movie with friend ate poorly 2 alcohol drinks ,fried appetizers with breading and junior mints at the movies It's ok though I decided I'm gonna have fun days Where I enjoy myself then the next days be good as long as the weight comes back down 👍 I really can live with this Atkins diet 👍
