Well I made it one day of intermittent fasting not sure I like it I drink alot of coffee with cream and Could not drink inbetween fast so that makes me feel deprived like all the other diets The reason I ve be been able to stay on this Atkins diet is because I never felt deprived that way ....I can't give up my coffee that long and I felt like I needed to binge eat before the fast but I tried it for one day at least 🤗
150.7 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am not familiar with how fasting really works , you made it a day great job that is awesome!!

One day to the positive is a good thing. I am on low everything lol, cut my carbs to lose a bit faster. Change my morning eggs to scrambled egg whites, I was surprised I like them. Changed my coffee to black, and eat alot of chicken fish grilled shrimp ect. Getting rid of the carbs allows your body to burn your own fat where it once burned the carbs. Eating less calories, if your like me (I have spinal stenosis,)don't move much so I don't need many calories. Good luck!

Intermittent fasting just means keeping eating within a (not too) limited window. Generally, I stop eating by 6 P.M. If I then at breakfast at 6 A.M. that would be 12-hour fast, 12-hour eating window. 8-hour eating window works for me, and believe me I have coffee outside of that window! Often with hazelnut oil. ---Check out Leanne Vogel's site for more information on women's metabolism and low-carb eating. Things that work great for men can send women's bodies into panic mode.
