Rough few days. Fatigue and 😵. Suspect low BP. Prolly will need to lower BP meds. Fitness increases, Lower weight and normalizing TH Levels. Oy.

Need to find and use my BP cuff & glucose meter. Get DATA!!
And Keep on swimming
216.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 30.1 lb a week
