Should have netted a 2 pound loss ... goes to show that it doesn't always equate. I could probably go a few weigh ins with no movement then drop 2 or 3 pounds in a week. The body adapts. I need to keep at it. I also think I went too low last week. I ate everything in sight Wednesday and yesterday to catch up.

Diets don't work ... eating well does. i need to remember this.

Today's workout ... just going to go and burn 600 - 700 calories at the gym and then hit a bucket of golf balls.

Friday night = Pizza night! Eat well during the day ...
157.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
