Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Up a couple of pounds since last weigh in, I'm just fine with that not sure where it is,clothes are still fitting right (the newer ones that I've gotten). Great problem to have that I needed to replace clothes,but gotta do it slowly to darn expensive. Actually wanting to go back up about 5 lbs of lean muscle. Gonna keep focus on bodyweight and kettlebell exercises. Chest and abs are the areas of main plan of attack 😸. Battle on FS Warriors !!!!!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
