Not sure why the weight went up. Been eating on plan. Not going to worry about it since I know I have been eating on plan.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   gaining 3.5 lb a week

Usually its from muscle gain
