Dropped some water weight I think by drinking more and less soda than prior days of vacation ... keep it going ... protein shake this am and salad and yogurt for small meals in this day
288.1 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 19.6 lb a week
