honestly don't know how I managed to loose 2 lbs since yesterday, Im afraid maybe I am loosing muscle mass, can you loose a lot of muscle mass if you don't work out much in 4 days? I have done some, just not as hard as usual. But hell, a 2 lb loss is awesome, and leaves me at 1.8 lbs till my goal. Never thought I would be this close!!!! Now its time to work out, make sure Im not loosing this muscle I have worked so hard for!
151.8 lb Lost so far: 67.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

2 pounds of body weight, in fat or muscle, equals 7000-7200 calories. You cannot lose that many calories in either muscle mass or stored fat overnight, certainly not by NOT working out. You likely lost mostly water weight. We all hold way more water in our tissues than we realize, especially considering our body is about 70% water.

Yeah thats what I figure happend, I'm just surprised still, don't really know why I am all of a sudden loosing that much water either, haven't really changed anything these past few days. Hopefully at least some of it is fat! I feel like my stomach looks smaller too just from this past 2 weeks, looking forward to my monthly measurments.
