Well, I lost a pound! That may not seem too exciting to younger people; even younger me would have been disgusted. It has been so long since I consistently lost, that any loss is fantastic! Even a pound per week is fifty pounds in a year.
I just had a great keto meal. It was so good, that if I hadn't measured my portions before cooking, I would have been tempted to eat too much. While I enjoy some of the pictures people post, I don't take pictures of my meals. It was stir fry, so pictures can't convey the wonderful flavors of the homemade sauces. When I buy East Asian ingredients, I get the real stuff. I go to an Asian market. What I ate was probably not a real dish anywhere but my kitchen, but it was good!
p.s. I used certain brand names for my food because I didn't feel like adding any new foods.
