DOING ANOTHER HAPPY DANCE...goood friday morning...im sure tomorrow weight will average back up..but im learning more an more each day about my body..stuff i already knew..but relearning..for instance my workout yesterday burned off 1200 calories for 2 hour workout...i ate 1500 calories yesterday..and along with my walking around the house an the trip or 2 i walked outside to trash can...i ended up yesterday burning off almost all my calories..i write on my calendar every morning my weight..sun i was at 277.4...i ate salt sunday nite..monday weight was up to 280.6..tues was down to 277.4 again..wed was down to 276.8...thur was down to 276.2...drum roll..i had that big burn yesterday...today...275 even...everyday is a constant battle with not being so tired i eat for comfort...like yesterday...i was so tired i was thinking pizza hut pizza...but i know that was the tired person inside me talking...instead i had piece of chicken and hard boiled egg to hold me over till this morning..

I could tell when i got on bike/trainer this morning i was needing a day off..5 days in a row...129.5 miles for the week...an 2 days left to ride if i decide to ...my ave miles per week is 85..but gonna raise it to 130...as thats what i need to hit my 5000 by end of the year...this week il have extra...thats great..

WELL..need to get up an eat...fix salad..get other things done..gotta cut grass since we have gotten rain this week...not to many more cutting of the grass this year...days are shorter..nites are longer...winter is getting closer even though im not ready to see it come...lol...

Pizza recipe i use to make pizza 2 bags of riced cauliflower 2 eggs 1/2 cup of heavy whipped cream 1 cup of shredded cheese Mix contents in bowl, put on parchment paper and on cookie sheet..in oven at 450 for 15 min Take cookie sheet out..add toppings of your choice...stick back in oven for 15 more min.. Cut to sizes...2x2 squares ..2 pcs filled me upme me up

Nice drop!!! One question about the cauliflower pizza crust. What is the texture of the crust? Can it be picked up like a flour crust?
