I's been a miserable two weeks. Work is VERY stressful, long hours, too much pressure, and I and my diet crumbled. I ate out, and fast food and didn't try to behave--I am a VERY emotional eater. I tried to sabotage myself!! I will have to work on this in the future, to control the emotional binge eating so that I don't do this. Work still sucks, but I got myself back in line.
