My brother & sister-in-law took me out to a Greek place last night for an early birthday dinner. I had Greek chicken, Greek salad, & mixed veggies. Everything was delicious AND I managed to stay low on carbs!

This morning I was greeted with a huge hug & "Happy Birthday!" from my 4 year old niece. Great way to start my day! 💖
266.8 lb Lost so far: 97.2 lb.    Still to go: 66.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
