Well today is my first official day (at least I'm trying very hard) to do a full day of Keto. I'm pre-planning meals for tomorrow since I'll be out of town all day
300.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
