SEEING RESULTS..gooood thursday morning...been 25 days since last weigh in..i use to weigh in everyday on fs..when i first started..back when weight was coming off every day..but over last several months weight came off when it wanted to..so didnt record it as often..i get on scales every day cause i like to keep track of it..up or down..like to know whats happening..so i can catch it before it gets outta hand...if things keep positive..i can show a loss tomorrow..but then again we are talking weight..an you just never can predict what its gonna do from one day to the next..long as i keep eating same as yesterday an day before..then i feel confident il see a lose..24 hours we will see..

sinuses much better..70 now an pollen off the chart..was 97 yesterday with heat index 108 or so..to hot for me to venture out..stayed inside all day..went out little bit ago to take trash out an come back inside..feeling almost back to normal with the sinuses..

have went back to doing 20/4 fasting..just seems like it works better for me...back year or so ago when we was doing the challenges..just seemed easier to stick with eating like that...i kno its not for everyone..but for me seems to be easier to stay on track of things...

well breakfast is almost gone..almost 8am..ride is over..72 outside with heat index of 74..gonna be another muggy day for anyone thats got to be outside..

You Glen and I are in the same boat. FS keeps reminding me to weigh in but I refuse to until the scale moves in the right direction. Hang tough Mike. Stay the course. I ran a 5k @ 4 am in a fasted state this morning and going to push this fast to 24 hrs. I need a breakthrough.

Wannabehealthier, ches and glen.. I feel ya.. But u can't really exercise at the moment and am inspired by you guys to try to get my mobility improved and get active again Keep going buddies 👍👍

I try an make it a habit to ride in a fast mode...try an burn fat for 90 minutes..that way I'm using up all my stores that are in my system...and by doing that when I have breakfast..what I eat gets burned almost immediately...cutting down any storage...not always but a lot of time when I weigh at night..before bed..i weigh what I did. .when I first got out of bed in the morning...means I'm burningcalories as fast as I take them in...for a change
