I weigh myself everyday so I can see where I went wrong. So I noticed I did go over my calories on Sunday and ate a processed pizza with my kids. That must be the weight gain.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
