At 5 p.m. today which is in 5 hours my day 30 of my fast will begin. I cannot believe it's day 30!! I literally cried getting here. I wanted to quit a few times but that would have defeated my whole goal. I think this is the hardest thing I've ever had to do mentally. If my psychiatrist knew I did this he would crap a brick. But the awesome thing is I don't see him till November LOL. It'll be too late then lol.

I would like to thank you all so much for your warm and kind support during this process it has been a difficult last two weeks and you've been so supportive and helping me keep focused to keep going. Thank you so much!! You Know Who You Are!! 💜💛💙💚
