Yesterday was was a rest day - No running or long distance walking just easy gardening and house work - - I am sure few days rest is a good thing for me. Another increase in weight though - Almost certainly due to. Claire making an irresistible pear cake - I had two slices.

Yesterday I bought some fat scales and they told me this morning that I weighed 80.3kg and had 27.1% body fat. I am sure that the addition is mostly water because I have been drinking lots more since the beetroot issue - Perhaps though it's water that should really be there?

I need to do a little research on body fat but from what I have read so far 22% is a better number for me so there is lots to do. I'm more concerned with getting fit than losing more weight so hopefully going forward I can swap muscle for fat just by running and exercising a lot.

Today It's more domestic duties and a sit down for the F1 GP

177.0 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds good. There's a few people around who are wanting to increase muscle and reduce fat percentages. I'm trying to remember who was prominent recently. April would remember but she's on holiday at the moment. Maybe Draglist (Bill) could help as I seem to recall most were on the American site. Have a great day, ADP!
