Oh these upward fluctuations are SOOOOO annoying! Just one evening "off" and no major damage on the calorie front - is it just the weight of undigested food and unprocessed water? It can't be 700 grams fat in one day!
129.4 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
