First weigh in for ages. Have been running most days and trying to build myself up again. Went a little nuts around my birthday, but you can't be on a diet all the time can you? Started a new job, and feeling good.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 126.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Congrats on the new job! Great to know you're feeling good about things. It's not really about being on a diet all the time though is it? More about setting what an acceptable variation around your target weight is and sticking with that. Sometimes you'll eat/drink more and you'll maybe go up a couple of kilos so you'll then adjust a bit and it will drop off again. Take care!

Phooks as always spot on, congrats on the job and enjoy your runs. You'll lose that 10lbs soon enough.
