The chocolate chip cookies are catching up with me, but they were GOOOOOOO-OOD! Back to berries for "desserts" and "snacks" this week. I'm also adding a hard-boiled egg or two over the course of the day to up my protein.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love berries! Especially raspberries, boysenberries and blackberries. And peaches. I have blackberries growing wild in my yard but the deer eat most of them. And 2 peach trees. I was excited to see about 200 peaches on one tree a couple months ago, but before they got ripe a family of deer pushed in the cage around the tree and broke off branches and ate ALL the peaches. Those baby deer are growing up on the fruit at my house!
