Yesterday I blew it with carbs and felt tired and very hungry. Obviously vegetables and dairy pack a punch! Someone had given me several pounds of onions, celery, and tomatoes. Today, I plan to eat only 4 stalks of celery with my 8 ounces of beef. The rest of my meals will be bulletproof coffee and eggs.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Looking at your log from yesterday (hope that's ok), that nature and amount of carb intake is what Leanne Vogel of healthfulpursuits dot com would call a "carb up" day, which she suggests women do regularly. Your mileage may vary, of course. I haven't done this yet.
