Pre-menopause is killing me, weight wise. Haven't changed a thing, eating wise, still closely monitor everything. Keeping with the Fascia Blaster -which is giving amazing results on my cellulite and skin tone. Putting in some HIIT for older adults. No more scale for me, just going to go by my clothes and measurements. Scale is an evil, evil contraption :)
169.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
