Back down this morning. Feeling a bit like a yo-yo. I'm happy to be where I am, though, in terms of weight.

I'm depressed about some very bad family news. This has led to a series of emails between here and Norway, and phone calls to Spain. All about malfeasance in England. I'm getting advice I don't want from a gentleman who's somewhere between Stavanger and Aberdeen at any given moment and who doesn't realise how close he's come to having his neck wrung. But he's not the problem.

161.2 lb Lost so far: 175.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

:-( sorry about the family issues..... I hope that the "gentleman" you refer to, soon realises he is being a 'pain in the #$¥#' and 'does one'. Keep your chin up... Good about the weight loss :-)
