Forgot to record my weight yesterday. Had visitors, got sick and then suffered a huge personal loss. I haven't been comforting myself with food which is surprising. Haven't been walking and haven't been recording my food. Will try to get back on track.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 62.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry to hear about your difficult week. It is reassuring that eating hasn't been a crutch for you and that means you have really changed your attitude to food during these recent months. I think you will be able to get back on track easily. You still managed a loss this week and even the little losses are a victory in my view.... You got this!
