So yesterday evening I worked late and had to grocery shop so I ended up punking out and getting a burger for dinner.
So I got my favourite: Bacon cheese burger with a medium fry and medium diet root beer.
By the time I finished it (as yummy as it was) I felt so uncomfortable. I felt bloated and gross.
Just in this last week since I've started actively dieting again my appetite has gone down a lot I think. I was stuffed for hours from that burger and probably consumed three times the calories I have been averaging in my meals.
I have been eating more frozen or prepacked things (mostly Lean Cuisine and Jimmy Dean) and while that isn't ideal, I find it is helping me regain and relearn my portion control. I am finding I need less to be satisfied and that is something I very much needed to learn while also helping me wean off of favourite crap (like pizza in any form. Regular pizza, pizza pockets, pizza rolls, pizza bread...you name it I love it)
297.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
