Started yesterday off great, just veggies, fruits and drinks. Then got home and ate jelly beans! This morning totally blew the diet with a stop at the bakery - and I know better!!

I was supposed to be 228.5 on Monday, here it is Wednesday and I'm there, but I need to be at 226 by next Monday, and so I need to stop overeating on the sweets!!

Going to get myself some unsalted almonds to have around for snacking, maybe some walnuts as well.

Been using my fitbit to see how active I am, it is hard when you sit all day at work, but we did do a quick walk at lunch yesterday. Will try that again today, also try to get in a walk at home tonight. Tomorrow morning is a gym morning, that always helps.
228.3 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 88.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
