After 3 months of steady progress, the scales seem to have stalled the last couple of weeks. I've been to the gym every day this week to give myself a kick start, and although people keep saying that lean body mass is heavier than fat.... It's still a little frustrating not to see the progress on the scales every day!
They say that you plateux occassionally and that it's just the body getting used to the change in diet and routine. Got to stick at it.
The gym has been great, and it's good getting away from my desk during the day. It's still very much a novelty at the moment.... but I can feel that I'm slowly hitting the sort of routine that I've wanted for the last few years.

if your lifting weights, your weight loss will be slower, then if you just did cardio..with weights you will replace fat with muscle

and you might also be droppin inches instead of pounds, and thats why the scales might not be movin like you would think
