Ok well let me explain 😱why up I made this delicious frosting low carb ,however I thought the stevia was 1 carb per teaspoon but actually it was 1 carb for 1/2 teaspoon plus all the other carbs in the frosting yikes ......back to strict counting 20 carbs and under 👍in just not ready for that frosting It's on the Atkins website it was yummy though
152.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
