So, yesterday wasn't the greatest for me. It was the last day of detox and I ended up eating some chicken wings that my husband cooked on his new "big green egg" grill. They were DELICIOUS!! I felt a little guilty, especially since I didn't get to exercise.

I stepped on the scale this morning and I lose 7 lbs. Not as much as I wanted to lose in those 9 days but I'll take it. Only 15 more lbs to go!
155.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.3 lb a week

Sometimes we have to give in to temptation so we don't go completely over board, so don't beat yourself up over it! You had a great loss in detox and I know you will continue to do so! Keep up the good work!
