***MORNING WORKOUT***
Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" (used 3lb & 5lb weights)


***TODAY'S FOOD***
1.)Breakfast: Visalus Shake (Shake mix, 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, a drop of coconut extract, water, and ice)
2.)Lunch: Fish soup
3.)Snack: Cookie Corner mini chocolate chip cookies, pickled li hing mui mangoes.

{{{Binged today! Ugh!!! So NOT pleased with myself right now. I binged around lunch time. It would have been fine if I had just eaten the fish soup I was planning on eating, but no. I also ate a whole bag of mini chocolate chip cookies, a small bag of li hing mui pickled mangoes, some of the pickling liquid from the mangoes, and the li hing mui seeds that were with it. Argh! I'm going to hate myself in the morning and be even less motivated to workout because of it. :( I'm so bummed. Pathetic and sad. I don't even know how motivated I am to workout this evening. But with the immenent disappointment coming up....I just don't know.}}}

{{{Since I binged horribly today, I pushed myself really hard this evening. Instead of the regular 44 minutes, I worked out for 68. I know you shouldn't do cardio for more than 30 minutes bec. you end up burning muscle after a while, but I felt the need to really kick my own a**. lol I'm pretty sure I'll still be pretty pissed off at myself during the morning weigh-in, but at least I feel good RIGHT NOW. Hopefully I won't feel too bad in the morning. HOPEFULLY.}}}
127.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
