Down a bit and doing well. It was a mixed bag yesterday. I met up with some friends at 9am and did a 2.5h hike to the top of Cedar Butte. I took it easy in the afternoon and then took my wife to a surprise birthday party. There were not a lot of good food options at the party so I mostly stuck to cheese and the vegie tray. Doesn’t look like it has caught up with me yet – but will watch the weight this week.
Today I have to do a bit of shopping and yard work.
