I was so sick with fever that ended up eating a few crackers. I took the chicken soup and drained all the carrots and stuff and just put the chicken back in the broth. Not sure if I would consider eating a few crackers a cheat, but I do know they are not on plan.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
