I had to face reality and start. The scale number is baffling me as I work out 5 to 6 days a week and I truly don't eat like a raving lunatic. I'm upset but I'm trying to channel this into motivation. Record my food, make good choices, and watch this number drop.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
