Yesterday had 172 fat grams under 20 net carbs 70 gems of protein
and that 6 carb cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory was completely amazing 🤗👍👏yum .7 pounds to go almost there
150.7 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your RDI is set at 1800, so you only went 33 calories over. That's not too bad; I think you can back on track. Try planning your day's menu out the night before. You'll see I have 2 days planned because I have classes on Wednesday, so I have to know what to bring with me. As a plus, depending on what ratios you're going for, you'll be able to make sure your ratios are balanced the way you want them and you're under your RDI before your day even begins. Then, you just eat according to your plan. It actually makes it easier if you plan ahead.
