I am finding it really hard to stay on track right now. My husband keeps trying to get me remotivated but i seem to just be agry with him for it. I started tanning again to see if it would help with me feeling tired all the time since it seemed to help before but i still feel tired. A friend at work suggested that maybe i feel tired because im a little depressed about my grandmothers passing. i mentioned this to my hubby and he said that he noticed that when march break came around i stopped doing any activities that i usually do because our son was out of school and because of his disabilities it limits some of the things im able to do when he is in school. and since my grandma passed the wednesday right before march break he noticed that i was like in a "i give up trying" mode. i started trying to walk down the nature paths around me house again but the weather started turning cold again.
i'm really hoping to just back into it this week since i will be working mostly nights this week so i can get myself going again while my hubby is at work and the kid is at school.
i dont think i will be able to reach my goal by our friend's wedding but i would be happy to be at least half way there.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
