OOOOOOOPPPPS!!!!!
Give me an inch of diet-freedom, and I have taken a mile!!

3 days of terrible behavior!!

Wednesday: coffee with cream (50k) starbucks eggwhite wrap (350cal), a little piece of petite scone (50 cal)...later JUNK! Vending machine wholewheat crackers with cheese (180 cal), and cheetos!! (300 cal)
Night dinner: CHINESE! Beancurd with veggies and rice (1000 cal??!!)

Tuesday: Yogurt parfait with blackberries, muscle milk, and later wholewheat crackers/cheese. Dinner: CHinese with brown rice!

Monday: Stressful day. Veggies/bean soup, 4 crackers, 1/2 hummus and veggie wrap in spinach tortilla. night? (was that the night of the popcorn fest? 3 small packs of 100-cal popcorn?

Ok, so it's official. Apparently I'm not grown up enough in my dieting mindset to do this in a conscious-eating-safe-choices manner. I'm a moment-by-moment-spur-of-the-moment-gotta-have-it kinda person! I have to figure out a way to curb the damage!!! and fast!!!

Also, just can't seem to find my way back to the gym. don't know how to change that and get back on the horse again!!

I wanted to be 135 or less by this weekend, instead I've gained half of what I lost in the diligent 2-3 weeks of induction!!! Whatever happened to conserving the losses. I don't know if it's my weak mind that's caused me to fail this transition from carbs-to-calories, or if indeed re-starting carbs have kicked in all those bad craving from before!
141.4 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 8.4 lb a week

You can't go from little to no carbs and not expect a weight gain. It's water retention mainly and I was on the same vicious circle you are with that low carb diet for almost a year before I got off. Low fat and watching calories is the only way to keep the weight off for good I have learned. I do know that DR. Atkins says your supposed to slowly increase your carbs by 10 grams a week until you find out what your net carb intake will be before you start gaining again.Take it or leave it

Chinese two days in a row will inflict that kind of damage...Think of the sodium intake...I'm not an expert - but I'd say water retention...a couple of days of low sodium and lots of water...that graph will come down again...you know how to do it...huggggies darlin'....

Wow, look at you! It's great to see you still going so well. Just look at those losses since the last time I was here... fab work! Don't let reintroducing those carbs get the better of you... I'm sure things will level out for you again as your body gets used to them. You just keep up the great work! :)
