I passed my goal weight awhile back and now I've gotten lazy with the busy season at work upon us. I've been only getting to the gym once a week and probably snacking more than I should be. I'm not all that worried about it but I don't want to fall back into bad habits. After April 15th, I will attempt to kick it back into gear and get back to the gym at least three times a week, etc. I also need to watch my calorie intake. I've been eating way too many calories in 2012.
